Fixes BIOS 02.01.0001:

- Fixed: Network Stack is hidden and the default value of IPV4 PXE option is set to disabled.
- Fixed: The Onboard infiniband controller name is shown incorrectly in BIOS setup on some half-width board.
- Fixed: Adaptec 6405E installation causes system unstable in earlier BIOS POST.
- Fixed: System boot takes longer time when Throttling mode is set to "Auto" with particular memory DIMM populated.
