Fixes:

- VBIOS: Fix for link training failure caused due to incorrect comparisons of the values in the training pattern.
- VBIOS: POST is not visible in any of the display connected to DP 1.2 cards when we boot the system with only DP1.2 connected displays
- VBIOS: Display blank's out when tried to switch VGA display in ULT
- VBIOS: 24" monitor can’t full display in DOS by using VGA port.
- Graphics: Insert a H264 file to timeline in VSP and AP crash
- Display Audio: Sound properties are not accessible or can’t be set in Clone Mode
- Display Audio: Wrong function call for Clone Mode configuration
- Display Audio: No sound after S3/S4
- Display Audio: Display Audio driver received UR from GFX side during handling power change to D3.
