Known Issues

1. Video Clip can’t export on browser of the MAC O.S.
Root cause: MAC O.S. doesn’t have Microsoft AVI library, so it can’t export AVI in MAC O.S.

a factory reset is recommended after upgrading to ensure correct configuration is applied

About Network Video Recorder Updates:

Applying a new firmware package on your Network Video Recorder (NVR) should improve overall performance and stability, fix various issues encountered with the device, or add support for newly developed features.
