Fixes:

- Fix UPnP to cause WAN Setting be changed issue.
- Change rate range unit from Kbytes to Kbits (Bandwidth Control feature).
- Certificates be verified when to add IPSec/ SSL VPN rules.
- Support full tunnel by IPSec (remote subnet accept IP address 0.0.0.0).
- Pre-share key of IPSec accept particular character
