Changes:

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed FTP client directory detection issue.
- DC only systems will now report a constant system voltage based upon the float voltage selection on charge controllers.
- Improved detection of devices when devices are moved to different ports on HUB.
- Improved reliability reporting of events to OPTICS.
- Additional check added to ensure SD-Card is present before attempting to open files on SD card.
- When processing AGS Manual stop, removed Drop AC input command if generator type is DC.
- Fixed graphing bug on MATE3 display for displaying inverter output kW (i.e. load kW) when inverter was disconnected from AC Input.
- Resolved generator issue that caused the system battery set points to change to zero value.

Enhancements:
- Improved DHCP operation to work more reliably with a range of router types.
- Updated data log file location by separating each months file into a separate sub-directory by month and year (i.e. 01-2016).
- Added support for late “A” model Radian inverter serial numbers within OPTICS.
- Reduced the amount of DNS server traffic.
- Added support for new HECO grid support functionality for Radian and FXR inverters only.
- Updated gateway hysteresis for status and configurations messages from 10 to 30 seconds.
- Increased file upload block size to more efficiency communicate with OPTICS servers.
- Enhanced gateway Auto Reboot functionality to allow for selectable interval of the reboot process.
