Fixes:

1. Changed "Reconnect Delay" setting to not be affected by a Reset to Factory Defaults command.
2. Corrected intermittent issue where a "Loose DC Neg Terminals" error could falsely be reported upon power-up.
3. Changed operational limits of GridZero mode to start offsetting at 2 amps AC, cease offsetting at 1 amp AC and to require that the AC Input maintains a small amount of current to power the loads while offset is occurring.
