VOX Amplification USB-Midi Driver 1.15_r9 Description

The driver must be installed separately for each USB port you use. If you connect the VOX USB-MIDI Device to a USB port different than the one you used when installing the VOX USB-MIDI Driver, you will need to reinstall the VOX USB-MIDI Driver using the same procedure.

Installing the VOX USB-MIDI Driver

If you connect a new VOX USB-MIDI device to your computer for the first time, or if you connect a VOX USB-MIDI device to a USB port other than the port you usually use, the necessary driver will be automatically installed.
Found New Hardware Wizard or VOX Driver Setup Utility might launch depend on your computer system. Then please follow instruction 2 or after.

1. Use a USB cable to connect the VOX USB-MIDI device to your computer, and turn on the power of it.
2. In the case of Found New Hardware Wizard launch.
Found New Hardware Wizard can launch multiple times. Please follow the instructions below each time.
- In the "Can Windows connect to Windows Update to search for software?" field, click "No, not this time" and then click Next.
- In the "What do you want the wizard to do?" field,click "Install the software automatically" and then click Next.
- If a dialog box appears, warning you that the driver is not digitally signed, click Continue Anyway.
3. In the case of VOX Driver Setup Utility launch, please follow the instructions below.
The list in the center displays the currently-connected USB-MIDI device(s) for which the driver should be installed.
The title bar at the top indicates the driver's version information in parentheses ([ ]).
To install the VOX USB-MIDI Driver for the listed USB-MIDI device(s), click Install.
Windows Vista/Windows 7 will display a dialog to request UAC permission. Click OK to proceed.
Driver installation will begin.
4. In the "Would you like to install this device software?" field, click Install.
If you add a check mark to "Always trust software from "Korg Inc.", this dialog will not appear again.
VOX USB-MIDI Driver will be installed without your confirmation.
5. When the dialog box indicating that installation is completed appears, click Finish.
If a dialog box recommends that you restart Windows, click Yes to restart.
