Chronos USB-810 Driver 1.5.0.0/1.3.0.0 Description

Fixes:

- To fix Casio PDA can't works with their AP throught PL-2303 driver and cable.
- To fixed GetCommProperties() function error issue
- To fixed Leadtek connect/disconnect problem
- To fixed Windows98/Me driver "WaitCommEvent()" problem
- To fixed TransmitCommChar() of WindowsAPI, try to send 1byte data. But, it isn't sent at all.
- To fixed Ericssion R380 AP sometime can't snyc with outlook.
- To fixed Pl-2303 DCR value will be cahnge after suspend /resume in WinME, this case only happen in device without EEPROM.
- To fixed TA would get blue screen in send out "AT&V" command
- To fixed PCanywhere AP can't remote control issue
