ASUS A8Je SMSC IrCC Driver 5.1.3600.9 Description

Fixes:

- Fixed driver restart problem. Included Microsoft WHQL supplied CAT file after certification (submission number 922505).
- Tested on Compaq Evo N610c for Windows XP/SP2 and Dell Inspiron 8200 for Windows 2000.

This is needed for the proper functioning of the following features:

- IrDA Ver 1.1 Wireless Infrared Technology Support
- Correct Configuration of SMSC IrCC components
- Correct Identification of SMSC IrCC Components in Device Manager

This package contains the files needed for installing the ASUS A8Je SMSC IrCC Driver. If it has been installed, updating (overwrite-installing) may fix problems, add new functions, or expand existing ones. Even though other OSes might be compatible as well, we do not recommend applying this release on platforms other than the ones specified.
