Fixes:

- Improve downstream rate.
- Fix some DHCP bugs.
- Fix a bug that UPnP function will not enabled after PPP dial-up.
- Fix a bug that Dynamic IP can´t be used when work at PPP mode.
- Fix a bug that DNS and gateway will not be cleared after disconnect if work at MER mode.
- Fix a bug that virtual server can be accessed from WAN side if the service port is 80.
