Functional Change:

- Internal clock: new time zones for Australia and India (deviating from hourly steps: UTC + 5:30/8:45/9:30/10:30)

Bug Fixes:

- EBW: intermittent reduced Ethernet data rate during routing fixed (occurred depending on specimen upon reapplying the supply, did not concern EBW-L)
