Fixes:

- Added firmware support for AccuRead Automate App v.1.1. (on 7/10" eTask models only
- Improved robustness and performance of scan-related functions - especially w.r.t. concurrent jobs.
- Improved memory management in specific low memory conditions.
- Addressed Openssl CVE-2014-0224 SSL/TLS MITM vulnerability.
- Addressed the OpenSSL security issues CVE-2014-3511, CVE-2014-5139 & CVE-2014-3509.
- Changed name of Lexmark Mobile Direct to Direct Mobile Print.
- Updated pre-installed Scan to Network app to version 4.5.14. (eTask models only)
- Updated pre-installed Card Copy app to version 2.12.0. (on 7/10" eTask models only)
