Lenovo ThinkPad T61p BIOS Update CD 2.30-1.08 Description

This

package provides the ISO image file of BIOS which is compatible with CD/DVD writing software to create the CD/DVD for the BIOS update. Hereafter the CD/DVD for the BIOS update is called as "BIOS Update CD".

The BIOS Update CD can boot the computer disregarding the operating systems and update the BIOS (including system programs and Embedded Controller program) stored in the ThinkPad computers to fix problems, add new functions, or expand functions.

Fixes:
- Added support for the new Conexant audio chip.

Versions:

- 2.30 (for BIOS ID)
- 1.08 (for ECP ID)

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
