Spartan Vortex VX1 Sensor Firmware 1.02 Description

: Update recommended for new setups. If you do not need the new features you may wish to wait for the next update with the electric gov support. However please note bug fix in expo function.

- DataPod: 1.20
- Flight Computer: 1.20
- Sensor: 1.02

- Fixed bug when using positive cyclic expo.
- DataPod support for App Id 0×0005.
- Added DataPod Remote Control feature added on slider and bar-graph adjustments.
- Control channel is selected via System::DataPod Ctrl.
- Tail gain low limit increased to 10% to avoid loss of tail control in remote control mode.
- Modified Setup: Gov menu so it only asks for needed parameters based on Gov Type selection.
- Added auto-rotation abort feature. Two new parameters in Gov menu.
- More options added to Setup::Swash for helis with swash geometry issues:
Separate Ail & Ele 8deg adjustments.
Separate Pos & Neg Maximum collective adjustments.
Collective Reverse (now needed due to separate adjustments).
Collective 0 degrees trim.
Added Cyclic Ring Taper parameter in Rotor menu (prevents binding when both collective and cyclic are maxed out).
- Increased Rotor Acceleration & Deceleration range. Changed default values.
- Reduced Tail: Collective to Tail mix default from 20% to 10%.
- Reduced Rotor: Cyclic Decay default value from 10% to 0%.
- Menu Type (Basic/Full) option added in System menu. The default Basic setting hides some parameters from the Rotor, Tail and Gov menus to reduce clutter.
- Sensor: Self-test failed error codes changed from blue flashing to violet. No other changes done. Update not required.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
