Fixes:
- Added digital signature files for the Intel(R) 845 chipset devices 1A30 (Intel) 845 processor to I/O controller)and 1A31 (Intel 845 Processor to AGP controller ) for Windows 98SE, Windows Me, and Windows 2000 operating systems.
- Updated the device information database in the installer to not install INF files for Intel 845 chipset, Intel 830M chipset and ICH3-M controller devices under Windows XP operating system. Native support is already present in Windows XP for the above chipsets. Installer will prompt the user with a message saying 'No update necessary' when running on the above platforms.
- Fixed the welcome screen in the installer to display the product name.
 - Updated Localized readme for the software.
