HDHomeRun PRIME:

- Fix problem with http streaming when a tuning adapter is connected.

HDHomeRun 4DC:

- Improvements to channel detection.
- Fix false-triggering of Chinese character set.

HDHomeRun PLUS:

- Fix phantom program reporting when using hdhomerun_config channel scan.
- Transcode improvements.
- Improvements to diagnostic logging.

HDHomeRun PRIME/PLUS/HDHR4/4DC:

- Report h.264 subtype in HTTP content type.
