Fixes:
- Improved the quality of images taken using a combination of negative exposure compensation and Multi-P AUTO white balance.
- The focal length and f-number entered in the lens information for “My Settings” are now correctly recorded in the headers for DNG (RAW) files.
- Addressed an issue in which the color of the display would sometimes change if the shutter button was pressed halfway when the view through the lens was zoomed in.
- The camera now correctly records the colors at the top of color images recorded using color bracketing.

Firmware installation steps:

1. Copy the firmware to the SD memory card.
2. Remove the SD memory card from the PC card reader/card slot and insert it into the camera.
3. Make sure that the camera’s power is turned off.
4. While pressing the (Plus) button, hold down the (Playback) button for 2-3 seconds.
- A confirmation message for the firmware update is displayed on the picture display.
5. Use the Fn2 button to select [Yes], and then press the MENU button.
