Intel SAS Hardware RAID Driver 6.704.12.00 Description

Fixes:

- MR5.11-Windows Blue screens with Stop 9F error while running heavy IO with media error injections and Rebuilds
- MR-6.4-Configuration loss is seen when you have multiple VD's with overnight IO's and learn cycles with OCR
- R/W performance drop in R0 RA large QD, Mid size data, 20 or more drives
- Updating the driver code with necessary change required for hibernation.
- System Reboots while going into Hibernation.
- MR_6.4_Driver:Observing performance drops in SR 256kb I/O size 64 and 256 QD
- Sync MR 6.4 INF File from 6.2 and 6.3 updates.
