Fixes:

- This driver corrects an issue which can result in lower throughput in a Hyper-V environment using Virtual Machine Queue (VMQ).
- This driver corrects an issue where fewer than the maximum number of VMQs is created.
- This driver corrects an issue which can result in the driver being unloaded after being reset.
- This driver corrects an issue which can result in a Windows Stop Error (BSOD) on a system with insufficient Message Signaled Interrupt – Extended (MSI-X) resources.
