What Does This Do?

- This utility installs an updated version of the BCM43142 Wireless Network Adapter software to resolve an issue where the computer cannot connect to certain access points using the WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup) button or PBC (Push Button Configuration) method. This update also improves Wireless LAN connectivity.

- Go to the directory where the file was downloaded and double-click the BRDWLL-P0315628-1042.EXE file to begin the installation.
- At the "User Account Control" screen, click "Yes".
- At the "Welcome the InstallShield Wizard will install the Broadcom 802.11 Network Adapter on your computer", click "Next".
- At the "InstallShield Wizard Complete" screen, click "Finish" to restart the computer.
