Fix and enhancements:

- Fixes an issue where a Bluetooth personal area network cannot be created.
- Fixes an issue where the Bluetooth unexpectedly disconnects when a file is transferred through the Atheros module using the Bluetooth object push profile.
- Fixes an issue which causes a blue screen error to occur when the system is paired to a Bluetooth headphone device and then the F12 button is pressed to disable the radio.
- Fixes an issue where the system stops functioning (hangs) when the HP logo is displayed on screen after the system resumes standby or hibernate modes or when the system is powered on.
