- These drivers/utilities come already preinstalled on your VAIO computer. If you are still using the originally preinstalled Operating System, you can reinstall any of these drivers/utilities by using the Vaio Recovery Center program on your VAIO computer.
- Some VAIO preinstalled programs are not provided for download due to copyright restrictions.
- You must connect the Power Media Dock (docking station) to your notebook when installing the 64-bit driver “ AMD Radeon HD6650M & Intel Mobile HD graphics ”. This driver won’t install if the Power Media Dock is not connected. Note that the driver “AMD Radeon HD6650M & Intel Mobile HD graphics” is a hybrid graphics driver for both the AMD and Intel graphics adapters. If you have purchased a VAIO VPCZ21 notebook series without the Power Media Dock, please install the standalone 64-bit driver “ Intel Mobile HD graphics ”.
- You must install “ ALL ” drivers and utilities labelled 64-bit or 32/64-bit that are available in the Preinstalled download section of your model. Failure to install “ALL” drivers and utilities may cause some features (for e.g.: Fn-hotkeys, etc.) not to operate properly.

This driver won’t install if the Power Media Dock is not connected. 1. Exit all running programs.
2. Download this file and save it to your hard drive.
3. When the download is completed, locate the downloaded file in the location you specified.
4. Right-click the file downloaded in previous step and choose "Extract All".
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to extract the compressed file.
6. Open Device Manager (Start > type without quotes "Device Manager" in the Start Search box > press "Enter")
7. Right click "Unknown device" under "Other Devices" and click "Update driver software".
8. Click "Browse my computer for driver software".
9. Click "browse" and select the folder which you extracted in step 5 above.
10. Click "OK" and click "Next".
11. Wait while the driver is being installed.
12. Click "Close" and restart your computer if prompted.
If you install this package, your device will be properly recognized by compatible systems, and might even benefit from new features or various bug fixes.
Please note that, even though other operating systems might also be compatible, we do not recommend you apply any software on platforms other than the specified ones. Doing so might cause the installation to crash, which could even render the device unusable.
