Sony VPL-HW65ES Projector Firmware 1.301 Description

This utility updates the system software to version 1.301 and provides the following changes and benefits:

- Adds compatibility with the Sony common protocol
- The Remote Start function is no longer available as part of Network Management (VPL-HW65ES)
- Adds minor bug fixes

Update the System Software

CAUTION:During the update process, do not remove the USB device or turn off the projector.
- Power off the projector.
- Make sure no other USB device is connected to the projector before starting the update.
- Insert the USB storage device containing the update folder into USB port of the projector.
- Power on the projector. The update process starts automatically.
- When the update is finished, the projector will power off.
- Turn on the projector to complete the update process
Note: If the version number is 1.301, the firmware update was successful.
