Mellanox MCB192A-FCAT Network Card Firmware 10.10.5054 Description

Fixes:

- Enabled firmware burning (using mstflint) when the driver is down
- Fixed health buffer false alarm "irisc stuck" indication when using DC transport
- Fixed rare unexpected completion with error on DC QPs
- On rare occasions, after PXE boot, the port speed came up as SDR instead of a higher speed.
- On very rare occasions, firmware wrongly reported board over-temperature warning. 

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
