Toshiba Qosmio X75 BIOS 1.30 Description

Fixes:

- Added: Windows 8.1 support.
- Updated: Intel ME firmware to ME9.0_1.5M_9.0.20.1447 for Windows 8.1.
- Update: Intel CPU Microcode to M32306C3_00000016.
- Update: GOP driver 5.0.1032 and VBIOS to 2177.
- Fixed: External monitor has an LCD noise issue when the "Power on display" setting is set to "External Display Device."
- Added: Support for the Chicony WB335 Bluetooth combo card.
- Fixed: RF LED issue when Airplane mode is on in Windows 8.1.
- Fixed: POST Time is greater than 2 seconds when using the SSD to run the Windows ADK in Windows 8.1.
- Updated: EC to v1.30.
