Toshiba Satellite A660/A665 ACPI Flash BIOS 2.40 Description

ACPI Flash BIOS version 2.40 for Satellite A660/A665 (PSAW6U/PSAW9U)

Fixes:
- Set the default boot speed to "Fast" and enabled the Legacy USB function for Toshiba America Best Buy SKUs. This change was implemented during manufacturing of Best Buy SKUs. This update is not recommended for Non-Best Buy SKUs.
- Made a change to return correct HCI fdunction data when RTC wake is disabled. This change is for Japanese models, and does not affect models sold in the U.S. or Latin America.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
