Fixes:

- Fixed an issue where file transfer from USB storage device to local HDD may
not work after resume from S3 sleeping state.
- Fixed an issue where system may be unstable like black screen after resume from S3 sleeping state in Windows XP.
- Fixed an issue where Master Control of Wireless Radio become "ON" after
both AC Adapter and battery are unplugged from system.
