Changes:

- PSU Alert Light Stuck Lit
- BMC log reported AC lost asserted/deasserted in a short time
- The indicator lamp of DIT need wait 1 minute to turn off when PSU plug-in during the Redundant Power Plug test.
- The indicator lamp of DIT happen about 10 second light off when PSU module plug-in during the Redundant Power Plug test.
- The indicator lamp of DIT turn off when PSU1 module plug-in during the Redundant Power Plug test.
