- Black screen without backlight on the system when run S4 and dump bug check 'D1' which pointed to iaStorA.sys
- BSOD occurred with Network card when running System - Sleep and PNP (disable and enable) with IO.
- S3 long run will show Black screen (BSOD_0xD1_DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL)
- BSOD during S3/S4 cycling with a bug check 0xEF(CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED)
- Error 0xA007000B during enabling and disabling Optane

Resolved Issues In 15.8.0.1006 PV Release

- F6 driver issue (ports 6,7) using RST 15.7.1.1015
- SATA device is lost after loading RST f6 driver from SATA ODD during win7/win10 installation, OS install fails.
- ODD missing after offline ejection during manufacturing process
- [UI] Wrong disk usage text when Optane Enabled and chosen fast disk
- In the system report, the type of Optane_Volume is displayed as "Unknown".
- [OptaneVolume]HDD often not entering D3 cold when RTD3 setting is enabled on slp_S0, the slow drive (HDD) randomly does not enter D3 cold when RTD3 is enabled

- After loading driver in WinPE, Optane is broken
- Un-check the Write-Cache option and after S3/S4 the option will be back to checked.
- BSOD on some NVMe devices during S3 cycles on KBL platform
- SATA DevSLP sometimes does not assert or takes too long to assert blocking SLP_S0#
- Observed BSOD [DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE (9f)]- Pointing to RST Driver, During S4 Cycle Long Run Test.

Known Issues In 15.8.0.1006 PV Release

- BSOD during S4 Stress test (DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION)
- The system BSOD occurs after resume from S4 & S5 with 2 NVMe SSD's attached.
- Optane enablement failed with 0XA0070001 Error on few 16GB SB_QS (firmware : 300_01) samples
- System fails to boot after introducing uncorrectable error on one of the RAID1 disks
- MT_Unexpected page will show. It would not go back to previous page when press "ESC".
- iRST RAID1, member disk drives inconsistent, showing differences after Verify & Fix
- PreOS Can't create and delete Optane volume via UEFI shell using RCfgSata.efi

- System runinto black screen with bugcheck D1 during MS stress
- Bitlocker encryption speed is slower after install IRST driver
- System event error "Intel Optane Memory Service Terminated" > 90times with 32GB SB during S4 cycling.
- After installing Optane UI and reboot, nothing happens for half a min.
- System encounters BSOD with Bugcheck error - INTERNAL_POWER_ERROR(0xA0)

About RST (Rapid Storage Technology) Drivers:

Once Intel's Rapid Storage Technology (RST) driver is applied, desktop and notebook systems will be able to manage the available storage (one or more drives) more easily.
