Sony DSC-QX10 Camera Firmware 3.00 Description

Improvements over version 2.00:

- Provides the Half-Press shutter function
- Improves the NFC One-touch connection (the connection time is reduced)

Benefits provided by previous updates and included in version 3.00:

- Adds S-mode (Shutter Priority mode) and manual ISO sensitivity to the wide-ranging setting from 160 to 12800
- Improves the video recording mode from 1440 x 1080 (30p) to full HD video recording at 1920 x 1080 (30p)

Important notes:

- When performing the firmware update, please use a fully charged rechargeable battery pack NP-BN
- Do not remove the battery during the update; otherwise, the camera may become inoperable due to the sudden power shutdown
- Remove the memory card from the camera beforehand
 

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
