Fixes:

- If two drivers that are installed on a Windows XP machine contain the same rc4manNT.dll files but each file is a different version (one is v5.2.7.7 or later and the other is before v5.2.7.7), the Printer Properties might fail to open and an error with exception code 0xc0000005 might occur.
- Under the environment where the Chinese character set (GB18030) is used, an authentication error or garbled characters might appear.
- Added CAT (Catalog) files which were released from Microsoft (WHQL).

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
