Smart Devices SmartQ T13 Tablet Firmware Android 2.3.1.0 Description

Please upgrade firmware Ten2 PLUS the following steps:

- Please back up personal data stored in the Ten2 PLUS.
- Prepare a TF card with enough space and confirmed its file system to FAT32.
- After extracting the downloaded firmware file on the PC, find "SmartQT13" file in the folder, copy the file to the root directory of TF card.
- Off state TF card is inserted and connected to the charger, hold down the "volume down" key, and then press the power button until the upgrade prompt on the screen.
- The firmware will be upgraded automatically after the upgrade is complete Ten2 PLUS restarts.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
