Yamaha MOX6 Synthesizer Firmware 1.02 Description

V1.01 to V1.02

- Fixed a problem in which this instrument might freeze when connecting it via USB cable to a computer that has been turned off, even if that computer supplies power via USB when turned off.

Caution

- This updater is only for the MOX6/MOX8.
- This updater is to be used at the user's own risk.
- All User data (User Voices, Performances, Song and so on) will be initialized by this updater. Please make sure that you have saved all User data to a USB flash memory before performing this update.
- The unit may become inoperable if the electrical supply is interrupted while running the updater (by disconnecting the AC cord, etc.). If this happens, run the updater again from the first step. 

How to Check the Version of Your MOX6/MOX8

1. Press the [UTILITY] button, and then press the [JOB] button.
2. The following message will appear at the bottom of the display:

Boot: V*.** / Firm: V*.**
-------------------------------------
The unit's version is indicated by "Firm: V*.**".
