Preparing the BIOS update program

- Turn on the computer and log on to Windows as an administrator.
- Execute “bios_315_r160473.exe” .
- Click [Yes] at the User Access Control screen when this screen is displayed.
- Read the license agreement carefully, and click [Yes].
- The screen to specify the destination location appears. The default location is “c:biosup”. Specify your location and click [OK]. (You usually don’t need to change the location.)
- Wait until the destination folder is displayed.

Execute the BIOS update program:

- Execute “BiosUpdate_R16-0473.exe” in the destination folder.
- Click [Yes] at the User Access Control screen when this screen is displayed. - Click [OK] at the BIOS Update for Panasonic PC.
Note
If you find an error message “This model is not supported. [Code=204]”,the BIOS update program is not matched to the target model. Please execute another BIOS update program.
- The screen of “Before you proceed” appears. Check notes carefully, and click [Yes].
- Automatically, Windows will shut down and the BIOS update program will run. Wait until Windows startup again.
- Confirm the BIOS version is updated to ‘New BIOS version’ in the table above in PC Information Viewer.
