Grandstream HT701 ATA Firmware 1.0.10.3 Beta Description

BUG FIXES:

- Fixed device prompt wrong IP address in IVR when using static IP address.
- Fixed device stops responding after a random period when enable SRTP.
- Fixed device did not open a new TCP window wen registration over TLS fails.
- Fixed device sent incomplete warning header on SIP signaling.
- Fixed device could not open config file downloaded from TR-069.
- Fixed device Periodic Inform of TR-069 did not work.
- Fixed device sends incorrect line status in TR-069 to ACS server.
- Fixed device will crash if being transferred during a call.
- Fixed device would not send Register information after it receives DNS response.

ENHANCEMENTS:

- Added support for Prefer Primary Outbound Proxy
- Added support for Backup Outbound Proxy
