ASUS DSL-AC68U Router Firmware 3.0.0.4.378.5007 Description

Important:

- This version includes AiProtection and Adaptive QoS. After firmware updated, please press the reset button more than five seconds to reset the modem router in order to avoid some compatibility issues.

New features:

- AiProtection with Triple-strength total network security, plus Robust parental controls and Privacy protection.
- Adaptive QoS - Applications and tasks now can be prioritized easily using drag-and-drop presets for Gaming, Media streaming, VoIP, Web browsing and File transfers.
- Supports ESNP - Enhanced Sudden Noise Protection (VDSL) feature(Advanced Settings > Administration > DSL Setting).
- Now supports LED on/off control feature(via WPS button).
- Add 802.1Q settings for ATM, and 802.1P option for ATM/ PTM.

DSL:

- DSL firmware updated - v1.0.2.4.
- DSL driver updated - v5.5.1.128.
- Fixed VDSL2, ADSL2/2+ sync fail issue with certain DSLAM.
- ADSL WAN (ATM) QIS auto detection list updated.
- VDSL WAN (PTM) QIS manual setting list updated.
- Add New Zealand ISP, Vodafone - VDSL (PPPoE, VLAN ID 10).
- Add New Zealand ISP, Vodafone - VDSL (PPPoE, no VLAN ID).
- Add New Zealand ISP, Vodafone - VDSL (Automatic IP, VLAN ID 10).
- Add India ISP, BSNL (no VLAN ID).
- Add India ISP, BSNL (VLAN ID 0).

Network map:

- Now could click the lock icon in client profile to assign fixed IP for clients.
- Add DHCP and Static IP identification.

Bug fixes and Enhancements:

- Fixed DSL log and Network map error after apply IPv6 settings.
- Fixed 3G/LTE dongle compatibility issues.
- PPP minimum MTU size now change to 128.
- Fixed various UI related issues.
- Fixed VPN server related issues.
- Fixed IPv6 related issues.
- Fixed IGMP related issues.
- Fixed Media Server related issues.
