Fixes:
1. Support some High-Definiton audio bitstream pass-through via HDMI such as Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital Plus HBR.
2. Support Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio, Dolby Digital Plus 24bit/192KHz LPCM pass through via HDMI or analog ports.
3. Support XP32/Vista32/Vista43 OS.
4. Fix 2X speed video issue.
5. Fix the bug that when playing DTS-HD MSTA 48K/24 PCM, switching audio stream may bring souffle.
6. Under XP, require to work with Xonar Audio Ver.5.12.8.17.58 driver.
Under Vista, require to work with Xonar Audio Ver.6.12.8.17.64 driver.
