HP Notebooks WinFlash BIOS F.30 for Vista Description

This package contains the WinFlash Utility and a System BIOS image for the
supported notebook/laptop models and operating systems. The WinFlash Utility is used to locally flash the System BIOS (ROM) on notebooks/laptops operating in a Microsoft Windows Vista Operating System environment.

ENHANCEMENTS: 

- Improves the quality of the HP Logo.
- Improves the time required for the Power-On Self-Test (POST).

FIXES:

- Fixes an issue where the results of the Memory Diagnostic cannot be recorded
in the "Diagnostic Logs" page of the Setup menu.

- Fixes an issue where the notebook is automatically awoken if the notebook is
in Standby mode and the "battery remaining capacity" reaches three percent.

- Fixes an intermittent issue where the wireless state may not be reported
correctly in the Wireless Assistant or Connection Manager when the Wireless
button is pressed.

- Fixes an issue where an inaccurate error message is inadvertently displayed
when the user performs a "Startup Check" (by pressing the F2 key) during the
Power-On Self-Test (POST) for a notebook/laptop with only one hard drive.
