This download helps improve the functionaltiy of your Digital Audio Player to give you an overall improved product experience.

Before installation:

Make sure you have a fresh battery.Do not disconnect the unit while the firmware is being transferred to it.Firmware only works wih SDMX1 units (to check, please see back of unit).

Installation Instructions:

Download firmware of choice and unzip.SDMX1.rom is the default file after unzipping. Do not re-name this file.Copy this file to the Root directory of the Digital Audio Player.
If installing Simplified Chinese version, unzip sdmx1-font.zip and copy file "720font_.tcc" to the root as well.Turn the Digital Audio Player on with full battery bar. Device will automatically ugrade firmware and will turn off by itself.Turn the Digital Audio Player on and verify if you are on the right firmware.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
