DESCRIPTION:

This package contains the HP USB Mini Magnetic Stripe Reader (MSR) USB Human Interface Device (HID)/USB Human Interface Device-Keyboard (HID-KB) Utility for the supported desktop models and operating systems. This utility enables a user to switch the MSR between USB HID and USB HID-KB mode.
ENHANCEMENTS:

- Updates the HP MSR USB HID/USB HID-KB utility to set the MSR to USB-HID-KB mode with no carriage return.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
