HP Compaq Business Desktop System BIOS (786F6 BIOS) 3.02 Rev. A Description

ENHANCEMENTS:

- Updates the AMD AGESA v3.3.2.0 code and microcode patches to support new AMD 2.5 -GHz Processors (and later).

- Adds DASH NIC card cable detection. A Power-On Self-Test (POST) error code is displayed if the DASH cable is not present.

FIXES:

- Fixes a USB EHCI issue that occurs with Linux when using two high-speed devices, where one device is dropped and disappears. Now both devices remain available.

- Fixes a boot order issue that is related to the DASH NIC card.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
