Intel DQ45CB Bios 0073 Description

Fixes:

Fixed issue where system is not able to boot from USB optical
drive.
 Fixed issue where system hangs with certain graphics cards.
 Updated the Fan Control implementation.
 Corrected the ICH10 Temperature Reading method from IQST.
 Implemented the F7 BIOS Update Tool.
 Changed the SOL copyright from “2004-2007” to “2004-2008”.
