Fixes:

¤ Fix the problem when the access point (DWL-3140AP) is connected to DES-1228P and user enables LLDP function on the switch. If the switch is rebooted, the switch becomes unresponsive of PING or Web.
¤ Fix the bug that clients connected to switch will not obtain IP from DHCP server.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
