Fixes:

- Fixed issue modifying VLAN member ports when Asymmetric VLAN is enabled.
- Fixed web management login issue with Chrome, Opera, and Safari web browsers
- Fixed web management issue frequently prompting to re-login on some web browsers.
- Fixed web management issue display error in new version browsers such as IE9.
