Fixes:

Adds Read Support for Recordable Double Layer DVD+R

Fixes media recognition failure with DVD+RW version 3 media

Fix so Blank DVD-R (3.95 GB) is not treated as a Blank Disc

Fix to play Layer 1 on CSS Protected Parallel Track disc when Layer 1 starting sector address is not a multiple of 16
