Field Issues, Fixes and Other Improvements:

- Addressed the OpenSSL Security issue: TLS heartbeat read overrun (CVE-2014-0160).
- Addressed an issue that could cause devices to drop off the network when waking from sleep mode.
- Allow user to continue to the Ready state when unsupported supplies are installed (but still does not allow user to print with unsupported supplies).
- Made various user interface improvements on the operator panel/screen.
- Made minor enhancements to the EWS (embedded web server) interface.

Field Service related enhancements:

- Made error logging improvements in device history pages and event log.
- Added support for GZIP Log link from EWS SE page on non-disk models.
- Corrected an issue in which the device page count could increment incorrectly when replacing system cards and then rebooting directly into the Diagnostics menu.

About Firmware Package:

Before you even consider installing this firmware, go to the system information page of the device and make sure that the version currently installed on it isn’t newer or matching this one.
