- When the message "Could not find the camera with the lens for this update mounted." appears on the screen, check if the camera is compatible model (this update is not compatible with NEX-5, NEX-3, NEX-C3 or NEX-VG10E) and if the camera is connected to the computer with USB cable.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
