* Audio drivers version 5.12.10.1042 or 5.12.4.1081

Notes:

* To install the update, double-click the update file and follow the instructions on the screen.
* To check the version number of your audio drivers, do the following:
1. Right-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and click Properties.
Alternatively, launch Windows Explorer, right-click the My Computer icon, and then click Properties.
2. Click the Hardware tab.
3. Click the Device Manager button.
4. Double-click Sound, video and game controllers.
5. Right-click Creative SB Audigy2 (WDM) and click Properties.
6. Click the Drivers tab.
7. Check that the version number of your audio drivers is 5.12.10.1042 or 5.12.4.1081.
8. Click the OK button.
* If your audio drivers are not version 5.12.10.1042 or 5.12.4.1081, you must install Creative Sound Blaster Audigy, Audigy 2 series and Audigy 4 series Driver SBAX_WBUP2_LB_2_09_0016.exe.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.
