Fix 3.33GHz CPU (FSB533) frequency ratio failed to set x25.
Patch an issue that system would halt if system is turned off after a successful CrashFree recovery when using Celeron-D CPU .

Remove RPL function due to limited BIOS chip size.
Update Lan Boot rom (remove INT18 item).
