NETGEAR WNR2000v1 Router Firmware 1.1.3.9 (NA) Description

Fixes:

- Added more channels for "Up to 300Mbps" mode.
- Added Quality-of-Service (QoS) feature
- Fixed an issue that sometimes some wireless clients after being connected for hours might lose IP address from the router
- Fixed the issue that the wireless adapter of XBox can't associate with WNR2000
- Fixed the issue that a successful login to the router will record an additional "[admin login failure]" entry
- Fixed the issue that in browser Safari it shows "No internet connection" with Auto Firmware Update assistant even if the connection is OK
- Fixed the issue that the Basic Settings page shows error when clicking "cancel"
- Fixed the issue that WG511v2 PC card on XP couldn't get IP from the router in WPA mixed mode or WPA2-only mode.
- Fixed slow speed issue with gaming application Starcraft.
- Fixed the issue that a configuration file couldn't be restored with browser Firefox or Opera.
- Fixed the javascript issue of the firmware upgrade GUI with Firefox browser

Note:

- Do not upgrade the firmware using a wireless connection. Please perform firmware upgrade with “wired” or Ethernet connection only.
- The upgrade process is completed when the on screen progress bar completes. If power LED light turns amber and blinking, power cycle the router to complete the upgrade.

  It is highly recommended to always use the most recent driver version available.

Try to set a system restore point before installing a device driver. This will help if you installed an incorrect or mismatched driver. Problems can arise when your hardware device is too old or not supported any longer.
